The city of Nancy, located in the Grand Est region of northeastern France, is a place of remarkable charm, rich culture, and a vibrant economic pulse that continues to attract visitors and entrepreneurs from across Europe and beyond. Known for its stunning Art Nouveau architecture, lush public gardens, and historical landmarks such as the UNESCO World Heritage Site Place Stanislas, Nancy is not only a visual treasure but also a city deeply rooted in innovation and enterprise. Its people are known for their warmth, creativity, and industrious spirit; qualities that resonate with the ethos of the annual Nancy Fair, which has become one of the region’s most anticipated events.
In June 2025, the city once again came alive with the 89th edition of the Nancy Fair, held from the 7th to the 15th of June at the expansive Parc Expo de Nancy. For nine consecutive days, the fairgrounds transformed into a hub of business activity, entertainment, and cultural exchange, welcoming thousands of visitors, entrepreneurs, and exhibitors. The fair served as a commercial epicenter where buyers and sellers converged, creating a dynamic space for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) interactions.

The array of products and services on display was as diverse as it was impressive. Exhibitors showcased everything from cutting edge luxury cars and state of the art camper vans to home improvement solutions, fashion, wellness products, and lifestyle services. The Nancy Fair has long been established as an annual gathering designed to foster trade relations, introduce innovative products, and create meaningful connections among business communities. The 2025 edition lived up to its reputation by bringing together seasoned manufacturers, emerging startups, and artisans under one vibrant roof.
One of the standout elements of the fair was its cultural and entertainment offerings. Attendees were treated to live music performances, theatrical acts, and a gastronomic journey through regional French cuisine and international delicacies. These immersive experiences were crafted to provide not just commercial opportunities, but also relaxation and enjoyment, making the event welcoming to families, professionals, and cultural enthusiasts alike.
This year, the fair also celebrated African culture through a colorful and eye-catching representation of traditional and contemporary artefacts and accessories from the Continent. The bright and elegant designs on display captivated visitors and brought an important cross cultural dynamic to the event. These exhibits highlighted the beauty and depth of African craftsmanship, offering attendees a glimpse into the continent’s artistic heritage and vibrant
modern expression.

Owkperez23 was honored to participate in the Nancy Fair 2025, taking on a pivotal role as a connector and facilitator in the business ecosystem. Our mission has always been to build bridges between African and European businesses, especially among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), by creating avenues for collaboration, trade, and mutual growth. At the fair, Owkperez23 actively engaged with exhibitors and visitors to expand our network and establish partnerships that could facilitate long-term commercial relationships across continents. Our presence at the event was a testament to our commitment to linking businesses with the right partners, whether through B2B matchmaking or B2C outreach.
One of the significant encounters we had was with AVS Piscine, a forward-thinking company specializing in the production of fabrication containers, swimming pools, garages, and kiosks. Their innovative approach to modular infrastructure resonated with our vision for scalable, cost effective solutions in both urban and rural African contexts. This meeting opened up discussions about potential collaborations that could bring AVS Piscine’s high quality products to African markets, where the demand for flexible and sustainable construction solutions continues to grow.

A truly inspirational moment for Owkperez23 came with our meeting with Madame Latte Germaine, a passionate entrepreneur and humanitarian from Ivory Coast. Madame Germaine is not only a vendor of exquisite African clothing, handmade bags, and artisanal accessories, but also the founder of Soutenon’s L'ong L’Association Le Cœur de Maman. This association was officially founded in 2015, though Madame Germaine began her humanitarian work as early as 2002. Motivated by the need to uplift those in distress, particularly widows and orphans often forgotten by society, she has dedicated her life to providing support, training, and hope to those in need. Through her organization, she helps women regain their dignity and become self reliant, empowering them to rebuild their lives with resilience and confidence. Her story is both humbling and inspiring, reminding us of the transformative power of business when combined with compassion. More about her work can be found and supported at https://lecoeurdemaman.com.

For Owkperez23, participating in the Nancy Fair 2025 reaffirmed our strategic direction and deepened our resolve to become a central player in fostering economic exchange between Africa and Europe. We are more committed than ever to supporting local businesses as they expand into international markets, and to helping international companies find trustworthy partners and new opportunities in Africa. Our vision is to create a world where small businesses are no longer isolated by geography but are empowered by global networks and meaningful partnerships.
The impact of such cross border collaborations goes beyond profit; it promotes economic inclusivity, enhances technological exchange, and fosters cultural understanding. As global commerce continues to evolve, the role of platforms like the Nancy Fair, and agents like Owkperez23, becomes increasingly crucial in shaping a more connected and prosperous future for all.
The Nancy Fair 2025 was not just an exhibition of products, it was a celebration of innovation, diversity, and shared goals. It brought together a mosaic of cultures, ideas, and industries, proving once again that when people come together with purpose, remarkable things happen. For us at Owkperez23, the journey continues, and the seeds planted in Nancy this June will continue to grow into lasting partnerships and transformative opportunities.
