Day by Day Itinerary

  • Day 1: Arrival and Onboarding

    Participants arrive in Paris, settle in their accommodation, and receive a full orientation and onboarding session in preparation for the fair.


  • Days 2–6: Exhibition Participation

    Engage with thousands of visitors, retailers, and eco-entrepreneurs at the Marjolaine Fair. Showcase your business from a professionally branded booth space and take part in B2B meetings and networking sessions.


  • Days 7–8: City Tour and Cultural Excursion 

    Experience the magic of Paris through guided tours, museum visits, cultural exchanges, and shopping. This is a chance to explore the city while building international networks.

  • Local transportation

INCLUSIONS – GHANAIAN PARTICIPANTS

Participants joining from Ghana as part of the official delegation will benefit from a full-service package designed to simplify travel, participation, and logistics. The package includes:


  • Registration Fees

  • Exhibition Booth Space with full branding support

  • Roundtrip Flights (Accra–Paris–Accra)

  • 7 Nights Accommodation in a 3-star hotel or equivalent (twin sharing basis)

  • Local Transportation: Airport transfers + daily hotel-to-fair shuttles

  • Schengen Visa Processing Assistance

  • Travel Insurance Coverage

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE (Excluding Ghana & France)

International participants (excluding France) are welcome to exhibit with us. A tailored package is available, excluding flights, visa, and insurance. This package includes:

  • 7 Nights Hotel Accommodation

  • Local Ground Transportation (transfers & fair shuttles)

  • Orientation, Cultural Excursions, and Marketing Support


Note: Pricing is custom and depends on the participant's departure country. Please contact the organizers for a quotation.



EXCLUSIONS (Applicable to All Participants)

The following items are not included in any of the packages and must be arranged or paid separately by the participant:


  • City Tax: Payable directly to the hotel (per person per night)

  • Guide and Driver Tips

  • Lunch and Dinner

  • Early Check-in or Late Check-out Charges

  • Optional Tours, Additional Sightseeing, or Experiences outside the Official Itinerary

  • Extra Luggage Fees (beyond airline’s standard allowance)



PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS

  • 40% Deposit required at the time of registration

  • 60% Balance due before visa processing begins


Visa Denial Policy:

  • In case of visa denial, €400 will be retained to cover application, processing, and registration fees

  • The remaining balance will be refunded


Visa Approval Policy:

  • If the visa is approved, no refunds will be granted under any circumstance (including personal, medical, or professional reasons)



TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older with a valid Ghanaian passport who deals in organic products


  2. Visa Support: All relevant documentation will be provided by the organizers as participants also provide required documentations requested by the organizers. However, visa approval lies solely with the French Embassy.


  3. Travel Insurance: Basic travel insurance is included but excludes personal negligence, pre-existing health issues, and unlisted activities.


  4. Booth Allocation: Booth setup, location, and design are subject to the Marjolaine Fair's official guidelines and final discretion.


  5. Force Majeure Clause: Organizers are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by factors beyond control such as pandemics, strikes, or natural disasters.


  6. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to obey local laws in Ghana and France. Misbehavior may result in removal from the delegation and repatriation at the participant’s cost.


  7. Travel Compliance: Participants must ensure they follow all official guidelines related to travel, visa, and event protocols.

Owkperez23 and Blakpearl Multimedia and Events serve as intermediaries between participants and third-party service providers (such as airlines, embassies, hotels, and the Marjolaine Fair organizers).


They are not liable for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Embassy decisions regarding visa approvals

  • Losses, injuries, or damages during the trip

  • Service failures not directly under their control


Extra luggage charges beyond the standard airline allowance are the sole responsibility of the participant.
